Kirk Blankenship is a US Air Force Veteran and hands-on Maintenance & Reliability & Continuous Improvement Leader with over 3 decades of experience in improving uptime and operational efficiency. He has deployed Lean Manufacturing systems (IWS, TPM), implemented predictive/precision maintenance programs (RCM, CBM, PdM), and coached multi-site teams across complex, high-speed manufacturing environments. Kirk has a proven track record in driving a zero-loss culture and delivering major cost savings through advanced reliability and operational excellence strategies & execution.
Utilizing his diverse background within Food & Beverage, Medical Devices, Plastics, Machining, Aviation & Military experience, he excels at optimizing standard tools and processes to meet your business needs. He is passionate about helping organizations move from reactive to proactive maintenance, empowering teams to achieve results through continuous improvement, and building & executing reliability & operational strategies that make sense for your organization.

At BPM we feel it is important to make an impact to our communities both locally and around the world
Kirk was the co-founder and Chair of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professional’s North Texas Chapter. Kirk organized and presented at many SMRP Chapter events, coordinated plant tours, training events, and tradeshows. Kirk has also served as guest speaker on various topics for many M&R organizations across North America.
Kirk also serves as Deacon and Head Treasure for First Laotian Baptist Church supporting local and international missions. FLBC host annual mission trips which provides support for underprivileged communities, orphanages, and schools by providing medical clinics, food, school supplies, hygiene items, infrastructure, and financial support for local teachers and pastors.
